At MAYA, volunteering is viewed as a significant means not only to involve people to contribute their resources and skills in working with children and communities, but also to enroll them as participants in the process of development of civil society.
For all its programmes and activities, MAYA is dependent on volunteer participation and welcomes individuals and corporate bodies to get involved in the development process. Although MAYA has a dedicated staff of over 150 persons working full-time and some working part-time, volunteers have a significant role to play in various aspects of the work. Many corporate houses and other groups are already closely associated with MAYA's work; we invite you to join us also.
